Today, the House of Representatives passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24) with Congressman David Valadao’s support. The FY24 NDAA authorizes funding for all discretionary military programs and activities – including personnel, operations, maintenance, procurement, research, and development.
