TULARE, CA – Congressman David G. Valadao (CA-21) took part in a tour of multiple schools in the 21^st Congressional District with Tulare County Superintendent of Schools Tim Hire to learn more about school safety measures, teacher shortages, and other concerns as the new school year begins. The tour consisted of visits to the Tulare County Office of Education, as well as schools in both Pixley Union School District and Earlimart School District.

“I appreciated the opportunity to hear directly from educators, parents, and administrators about their biggest concerns going into the new school year,” said Congressman Valadao. “As a parent, making sure Central Valley students are safe and receiving a quality education that sets them up for a bright future is always top of mind for me.
