WASHINGTON – This week, the Healthcare Leadership Council (HLC) honored U.S. Congressman David G. Valadao (CA-21) as a “Champion of Healthcare Innovation” at an award ceremony in Washington, DC.
This week, the Healthcare Leadership Council (HLC) honored U.S. Congressman David G. Valadao (CA-21) as a “Champion of Healthcare Innovation” at an award ceremony in Washington, DC.
The Healthcare Leadership Council (HLC), a coalition of leaders of the nation’s premier healthcare companies and organizations, presented the award at the Council’s annual Healthcare Innovations Expo on Capitol Hill.
Congressman Valadao stated, “It is an honor to receive this award from the Healthcare Leadership Council for my work to advance innovative healthcare reforms that improve access to and quality of care.” He continued, “America is the greatest medical innovator in the world and we must continue improving patient care while finding cures to fatal and debilitating diseases. Ensuring that my constituents have access to high quality, affordable care is one of my top priorities.”
Congressman David G. Valadao represents the 21st Congressional District, which includes Kings County and Portions of Fresno, Tulare, and Kern Counties.
