WASHINGTON – Today, in its first official action since being formed by Congressman David G. Valadao (CA-21) and Congresswoman Judy Chu (CA-27) last month, the American Sikh Congressional Caucus sent a letter to the U.S. Department of Justice calling for the inclusion of an anti-Sikh hate crime category on the Hate Crime Incident Report (Form I-699).
